About
Who is behind Paper Trail Visas.
What this is
Paper Trail Visas is a preparation toolkit for Australian visa paperwork, organised by route and Application Passport: Ireland 417, UK 417, Canada 417, US 462, Skills in Demand 482, and AHPRA IQRN nurse registration. It exists to answer one question well: of all the Australian immigration paperwork out there, which parts actually apply to you, and what is the next step. It is software and general information, not migration advice.
Who operates the service
Paper Trail Visas is operated by UNDEFINED LABS PTY LTD, ABN 43 662 659 878, an Australian company. The company provides the software, processes support requests, and is the contracting entity for toolkit purchases.
How we source what we publish
Every fee, age limit, threshold and rule is traced to a primary government source: the Department of Home Affairs, Services Australia, AHPRA, the ATO, the Fair Work Ombudsman, Trades Recognition Australia, Engineers Australia, and the equivalent Irish, UK, Canadian and US bodies. Each claim is attributed inline with the date it was checked, every guide ends with a numbered list of its primary sources, and each guide carries a dated revision history so you can see what changed and when. Rules change at least yearly and sometimes mid-year, so we date everything and link back to the official page. Always verify a number against its primary source before you rely on it.
Intended scope
Paper Trail Visas is designed and presented as software and general information. It does not represent applicants or lodge applications. We are not a migration agent or legal practitioner. This scope statement is not independent legal assurance about the service. For advice on a specific application, consult a MARA-registered migration agent or an Australian legal practitioner with an unrestricted practising certificate.
