Accuracy and currency

Visa fees, age limits, eligibility rules and processing times change on at least an annual basis and sometimes mid-year. We make best-effort to keep the knowledge base current and to source each number from a primary government page. We make no warranty that content is accurate at the moment of use, always verify on immi.homeaffairs.gov.au, ahpra.gov.au or the equivalent primary source before relying on a number.

Refunds

Toolkit purchases are refundable within 14 days of payment provided the toolkit has not been opened. Email hello@papertrailvisas.com with the Stripe receipt to request a refund.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of New South Wales have non-exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
